Settling into the deep leather seat The Laird stretched out his legs, one booted foot perched on the other, his kilt draping down over his knees. Flicking the buttons of his shirt cuffs open, he folded the white linen material up to his elbows before leaning his bare arms on the cool leather, closing his eyes his head sank back on to the low back of the seat.

Soft music played in the background interrupted by the occasional crackle of the wood burning in the hearth of the ornate fireplace, he let his mind drift, following the path of the melody.

He wasn't sure how long it was before he felt a hard chill being placed against his left hand. He took a hold of it, feeling the cold hard round sides with their etched diamond pattern, the scent of wood, smoke and spirit reached his nose from the Auchentoshan whisky swirled in the bottom of the glass.

His right hand was then nudged out of the way by a rounded silk covered buttock of The Witch as she took her place on the arm of the seat.

Still with his eyes shut the Laird let his hand drift idly across the roundness of the witch's buttocks slipping under the edge of her gauze shift before trailing lightly up her back, encountering the leather straps of the harness she liked to wear.

He would have been quite content to continue to feel her closeness and the silkiness of her skin under his fingertips, but her booted foot nudged his.

"Must we?" he asked

"Yes my Laird we do!"

"If we must." he raised his head and brought the glass to his mouth, the cold amber liquid burning a path across his palate, leaving the taste of oak casks, honey sweetness and peaty smokiness on his lips.

His eyes opened finding the familiar figure next to him, the material of her outfit and the tension of the harness accenting her curves. Her hair hung in loose tresses down her back a pleasing contrast between the black opaque of the shift and the auburn of her hair.

Sometimes he wondered if she had cast a spell to distort his view of her but surely such natural beauty could not be replicated by a spell.

While his eyes had been shut, she had set up a large bowl on a table in front of the seat, a thick mist rolled over the rim of the bowl and down onto the floor. Glancing around she saw that he was paying attention and with a quick wave of her hand and a few quiet words the mist began to rise in a column towards the ceiling.
